Walk In Sync™ Return Policy:

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product(s) in its original condition. Please note that a restocking fee as well as other fees such as shipping or cleaning fees may apply. A Customer Service rep can discuss that when you call in for the return. Please contact Customer Service at 970.948.5418 to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns must be accompanied by documentation detailing your name, address, phone number and RA#.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Options
We use USPS Ground for all orders shipped within the continental United States. Orders are generally shipped from our warehouse within three (3) business days of receipt. Most USPS Ground orders will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your postal zone. Please note that order processing may take a bit longer during certain times of the year when order volume is extremely heavy due to tradeshows or seasonal spikes.

We charge you a flat shipping fee depending on your location.
